5h agoA man has been charged with inappropriate touching in Bedford Hills, according to authorities.
Police say it happened last Saturday at Tikal Deli.
Police say Edwin Quijada, 44, was arguing with an employee over how food was being prepared. He left and returned later in the day, only to continue the argument.
At that time, he allegedly grabbed a female employee and inappropriately touched her.
Quijada appeared in Bedford Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
