20h agoAfter five days of searching, police say they have found a man accused of firing off shots at the Heritage Homes Housing complex in New Rochelle last week.
Police heard the gunshots just after 11 a.m. last Monday.
They captured George Wesley Nelson, of Connecticut, over the weekend.
The 38-year-old has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
