The City of Beacon police say they arrested a man on Thursday
for having a ghost gun.
Officials say they responded to 206 Main St. near the
Farmer's Market for a man with a gun around 2 p.m.
They say they found Charles Plowden there with a 9 mm
semi-automatic ghost gun.
Authorities say the firearm had a 31-round high-capacity
magazine, and was filled with 24 rounds of ammunition.
Plowden was charged with several weapons-related offenses.
