Police say a home health care aide is facing child endangerment charges in Rockland County.

They say 21-year-old Kathleen Anne Keffner, of Bardonia, is accused of abusing a child in a Pearl River home.

Officials say a mother called police Wednesday after watching surveillance video of Keffner allegedly beating up her child.

Detectives later arrested Keffner.

She is due back in court on June 20.
