A Hicksville man has been arrested following a parking dispute went south in Franklin Square.

Police say the owner of OK gas station on New Hyde Park Road got into an argument with an employee of a nearby business regarding parking vehicles on his property.

News 12 has been told things escalated and the gas station owner, Daljit Singh, 58, struck the other man with a small knife on his neck and arm.

The victim was taken to the hospital.Singh is facing assault and weapons charges.
