A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend faced a judge on Monday, after her body was found in a suitcase last week along the Saw Mill River Parkway in Yonkers.

Junior Perez Diaz is charged with kidnapping and murdering 26-year-old Pamela Alcantara.

Court documents state she died from asphyxiation.

Diaz is due back in court on March 25.
