Police say a man who led officers on a wild chase on I-87 is charged with DWI.

Police say Joseph Lyons, 48, refused to stop when he was pulled over Wednesday night in Tuxedo.

Lyons, of Pearl River, allegedly led police on a 4-mile chase before he slammed into cones at the Harriman tolls.

He now faces a slew of charges, including reckless endangerment and DWI.

Lyons is due back in court next month.
