Police say a driver was injured Monday afternoon in Yonkers. 

Investigators think the driver hit a tree and flipped the van over on Rossiter Avenue.

Police say he had some minor injuries and was taken to the medical center to get checked out.

Officials think he was driving under the influence of drugs and will be charged.

 No one else was hurt in the crash
