Carmel police say the death of a woman who was found in her Mahopac home Thursday afternoon was not a random act of violence.
Perla Gatchalian, 75, was found inside her home on Coventry Circle.
Police have yet to reveal her cause of death.
They are asking for the public’s help in solving the case. Anyone with information is asked to contact Carmel police.
