Police: Clarkstown man arrested, facing charges for bringing drugs into Putnam County jail
According to the County Sheriff's Office, Joseph Garguilo III allegedly brought a controlled substance into the jail on Oct. 31 during visitation.

5h agoA man from Clarkstown has been arrested and is facing charges after drugs were brought into the Putnam County jail.
According to the County Sheriff's Office, Joseph Garguilo III allegedly brought a controlled substance into the jail on Oct. 31 during visitation.
He has since been arrested and is facing charges for criminal possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband.
He was arraigned in the Town of Carmel Court and his next day in court is pending.
