Police: 44-year-old killed in Sullivan County crash

Police say Jason Stanton, of Youngsvile, was traveling westbound when he hit a tractor-trailer from behind.

A 44-year-old man was killed Wednesday night in a crash on Route 17 in Sullivan County, police say.
Police say Jason Stanton, of Youngsvile, was traveling westbound when he hit a tractor-trailer from behind.
Stanton was taken to Garnet Medical Center in Orange County where he was pronounced dead.
The truck driver, 51-year-old James Bixby, of Lindley, was not hurt in the crash.
