Spring Valley police and EMS responded to a crash Tuesday afternoon that injured four people.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Route 59 and South Cole Avenue.
The circumstances surrounding the crash and the severity of the injuries were not immediately clear.
The crash comes following an incident last week where a child was hit by a car at the same intersection.
