Police say four men are under arrest for an armed robbery in Pomona early Monday morning.
Investigators say the robbery happened around 1:30 a.m. at 3 Sherwood Ridge Road. They say the 19-year-old victim stated that he was lured outside of his residence by a someone he knew, and then was attacked by two other males. One of the unknown males allegedly flashed a black handgun. The other unknown suspect then punched the victim and took his cellphone.
The three suspects then entered a light-colored vehicle and fled. A short time later, investigators went to the house of the known suspect and found him and three other males. " Three men from Spring Valley, Marvin Paul, 22, Edwin Thzan, 26, Roberto Labonte, 24, along with Moshe Blitzstein, 18, of Sloatsburg, were taken into custody for questioning and later arrested. The handgun used in the incident was in fact a replica and not a firearm.
The victim was treated on the scene by paramedics for bruises and swelling.
