A third suspect has been charged in the murder of a day laborer in Mount Kisco.
Westchester County Police have arrested Mario Coronado-Depaz and charged him with manslaughter.
Two others, Milton Ventura and Freddy Coronado-Mendez are already in custody, and have been charged with killing 53-year old Jose Sanchez.
Police say all three men, from Mount Kisco, beat Sanchez in the woods off Lieto Drive on Sunday.
Sanchez's body was found the next day by a relative.
