Town of Hyde Park police say they charged three kids with stealing over $14,000 worth of tools from a construction site.
The incident was reported on Sept. 5 at 15 West Dorsey Lane. The equipment was missing from a hotel being built on the property.
Two of the underage suspects were charged with grand larceny and burglary, while a third was just charged with burglary, according to officers.
The stolen tools were located by police and returned to the site.
