23h agoTwo Spring Valley men are facing charges for allegedly robbing a pair of taxi drivers in Rockland County.
Town of Ramapo police say the crimes took place in the Hillcrest area of town.
A 19-year-old and 20-year-old are charged with robbery, conspiracy and criminal mischief.
The 20-year-old is also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
Both are being held in Rockland County Jail.
