Police: 2 people injured in stabbing outside of Bagel Barn in Port Jervis

A relative of one of the victims, who asked to remain anonymous, says a 20-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and a teen needed emergency surgery after being stabbed in the lung.

Police say two people were injured in a stabbing last Tuesday outside of the Bagel Barn in Port Jervis.
News 12 was sent a photo of the scene on Pike Street which shows several police evidence markers on the pavement.
A victim's relative, who asked to remain anonymous, says the violence unfolded just before 8 p.m. Police say a 20-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and an 18-year-old needed emergency surgery after being stabbed in the chest.
Port Jervis police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 845-856-5101.
The Orange County District Attorney’s Office is assisting Port Jervis police with the investigation.
