Police: 2 men arrested after woman held against her will on New York State Thruway

The 27-year-old female victim was found unharmed after the vehicle fled south on the highway.

Two men are facing charges following a frightening incident that unfolded on the New York State Thruway when a woman was held against her will in a vehicle.
State police responded to the Ulster Travel Plaza on I-87 Thursday morning after receiving reports of the incident.
The 27-year-old female victim was later found unharmed in Orange County after the vehicle fled south on the highway.
Two men from Utica, Jeffrey Blount, 34, and Kevin Smalls, 31, were arrested and are facing charges in connection with the incident for unlawful imprisonment and forcible touching.
According to state police, the victim and suspects know each other, and there is no threat to the public.
