All Pleasantville schools are on a three-hour delay today as police search for a suspect connected to a domestic incident.

Officials posted the notice on the school district’s website early this morning. The Pleasantville Police Department says residents may notice an increased police presence in the area while the investigation continues.

Village officials say there is no evidence indicating the individual has access to a firearm.

No additional details have been released about the suspect. We reached out to police for more information and are waiting to hear back.

Surrounding districts like Chappaqua and Briarcliff Manor have not announced any delays at this time.
