As back-to-school season approaches, some parents in Orange County say they are upset about changes to their children's bus stops.
Parents in Pine Bush say the district used a computer program to choose this year's bus stops, and that some stops are unsafe. According to parents, many elementary school students will now have to walk long distances and on busy roads -- with no shoulders or sidewalks -- to get picked up.
In a letter to parents, the district says it is trying to consolidate stops and avoid over-crowding on buses.
