Superintendent Mr. Martin D. Cox has released a statement saying, in part, "The Clarkstown Central School District began the school year on Sept. 3 in a 100% remote instructional model…The purpose for this model was connected to the need for more time to address six specific areas as emphasized to parents in a letter on Aug. 18."
Dr. Cox also says the district plans to switch to a hybrid learning model on Sept. 29.
Those who signed the petition tell News 12 they're concerned that may not happen.
