New Castle police arrested a man over the weekend who they say was involved in the manufacturing of methamphetamine in his own home.
Peter Russell, 64, was arrested Saturday at his home on Red Oak Lane in Mount Kisco. Authorities say they seized chemicals and other equipment used to make meth.
Russell was charged with manufacturing meth.
He was arraigned and is currently out on bail.
