People in 7 Yonkers and Mount Vernon ZIP codes eligible to register for vaccine appointments

A second mass vaccination will be opening up in Westchester in a week, and registration began for some people this morning. People who live in certain ZIP codes in Yonkers and Mount Vernon are being given priority to make their appointments.
