Police say they got a 911 call reporting a disturbance at the Penns Grove Gardens Complex late Friday night.
That's where they found Kristine Alcazar’s 5-month-old daughter dead from stab wounds to her chest.
Alcazar and another person were in an argument when officers arrived.
