Pelham, Mount Vernon organizers celebrate ‘Black History in the Making’
The Progressive Women of Pelham and Tha Brown Urban Mothers Partners in Mount Vernon are partnering for a project called Black History in the Making, which is a compilation of videos that put the spotlight on Black residents.
