Police arrested a Nyack man for allegedly boating while intoxicated in the Hudson River Friday.
Investigators say Patrick Bartolotta was speeding along in his boat under the Tappan Zee Bridge just before 6 p.m.
Officers smelled alcohol on his breath and arrested him after he failed a field sobriety test.
He is due in court July 10.
