Parents of students at P.S. 14 in Throgs Neck say traffic congestion around the school puts their children at risk during dismissal time. Some parents say they occasionally double-park in back of the school along Crosby Avenue, forcing oncoming traffic to swerve around them and into the opposite lanes. The narrow street is one of the easiest access points to the school, located at 3041 Bruckner Blvd., and parents say they are calling for a change before a child is injured.
