A Yonkers family is pleading for information surrounding their son's shooting.
Mike Nolan, who was drafted by the Oakland A's, is in critical condition at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx after being shot in the head.
The incident occurred Friday morning while the 23-year-old was outside a Burger King in Yonkers with his friends.
Police believe he was shot over a drag racing argument, although they still aren't sure if he was the intended target.
"It's just horrible, horrible, said his mother, Donna Nolan. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time."
Nolan says she thinks someone knows who committed the crime, and she is hoping that person will come forward with more information.
