Pepper spray has been released twice in Bronx schools in less than a month and many parents say it's too easy for kids to get their hands on the age-restricted substance.
The latest incident happened at Banana Kelly High School. Police say they have identified the teenager who released the spray inside the cafeteria, injuring at least 14 people. That student is now facing reckless endangerment charges.
Officials say proof of age is required to purchase defensive sprays, which are available in many Bronx stores.
