A Sullivan County boating shop owner is facing charges of grand larceny for cheating customers out of their boats, according to police.
State police arrested 62-year-old Andrew Concors, of Middletown, on Friday.
They say an investigation shows Concors promised to trade in customer's old boats for new ones at his shop in Rock Hill, but never did.
Police say Concors also took cash deposits for the new boats.
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says they received numerous complaints. The missing boats were later recovered.
Concors apparently never delivered the new boats and no longer had the deposit money to refund the customers, according to investigators.
