A Black Lives Matter rally was held in Greenburgh Friday to remember the lives lost in recent tragedies.
Activists mourned the loss of Tyre Nichols, who was killed in Memphis and Anthony Lowe, who was killed in Los Angeles. They say the rally was about mourning the loss of those Black lives and making sure Black Lives Matter is celebrated during Black History Month.
Organizer Tasha Young says they want to find time to do more of these rallies and encourage the community to come out and stand together.
