An Orange County teen is accused of trying to rob a store at Woodbury Commons with a gun.
Woodbury police say the 17-year-old was with three others Tuesday night when they stole a car from New York City, drove up to the outlet mall and tried to rob an employee at gunpoint.
The group then traveled to a nearby deli on Route 32 and robbed a store clerk, according to police.
Police caught the teen suspect as he tried to flee that scene.
The gun was later determined to be an airsoft pistol.
No one was hurt during the incident and the teen will be charged as a minor.
