An Orange County man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Saturday afternoon in Sullivan County.

According to state police, 65-year-old Kevin Epstein, of Pine Bush, was traveling west on Mamakating Road when he lost control of his motorcycle near the intersection of Sky Top Road in Mamakating.

Epstein was ejected from the motorcycle, resulting in fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently under investigation by authorities.
