Kyle Weiland, a 36-year-old from Tuxedo Park, has been sentenced to a total of 75 months in prison for distributing methamphetamine and selling illegal pills on the dark web.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Weiland pleaded guilty in September to the charges. As part of his plea deal, he agreed to forfeit over $2 million, a 2008 and a 2013 Maserati GranTurismo, a 2019 McLaren 570S, and various cryptocurrencies.

On Wednesday, he was sentenced to 63 months for the current charges, plus an additional consecutive 12-month term for violating the conditions of his supervised release from a prior conviction.

Weiland had previously been convicted in 2019 for selling illegal pills online, for which he received a 6-month prison sentence followed by 3 years of supervised release.
