A day care center in Orange County is getting creative to keep things fun for kids during the health crisis. 
Patty Cake Playhouse Daycare staff is screening children for fevers while wearing colorful, fun clothing.
The Newburgh and New Windsor locations are thinking outside the box when it comes to educating kids about personal hygiene and ensuring parents that their centers are still safe.
News 12 is told the day care will remain open as emergency responders need the service.
Meanwhile, County Executive Steve Neuhaus said the "governor won't shut down as of now but I have warned that people should plan for a change.”
