One of four defendants charged in the death of a New Jersey man has pleaded guilty, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Authorities say 38-year-old Edgar Stone was found in the driveway of his home in the town of Newburgh last August. They say he had been assaulted and died four days later.
The DA's office says David Quaglietta, of Plattekill, pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
The court cases against the three other defendants are ongoing. All are charged with manslaughter.
Quaglietta will be sentenced in January.
