Stephen Bai, 39, was arrested Wednesday after allegedly selling fentanyl to undercover task force agents on multiple occasions.
A search of his apartment uncovered fentanyl, cocaine, and other evidence of narcotics trafficking.
Angela Martinez, 38, was also found inside the apartment and was taken into custody on a warrant for felony drug possession.
