Yonkers city leaders discussed several temporary solutions for the damaged stone wall that sent tons of mud into a Yonkers apartment building last week.
They hope to have a final decision by Tuesday, and get more than 100 displaced tenants back home by the end of next week.
As News 12 has reported, the Yonkers Municipal Housing Authority has put 65 residents up at the Ramada Inn on Tuckahoe Road. The remaining displaced tenants are staying with family.
City officials say cracks found on the first floor of the apartment building are only cosmetic and don't affect its structural integrity.
Officials say the outside repair work is on schedule.
