Officials say a Mount Vernon man has pleaded guilty to a deadly high speed crash that killed two people and left another seriously hurt.
Anthony Rose was driving at 100 mph without a license and without headlights on the Cross County Parkway in 2021 when he hit one car then another and crashed head-on into a tree.
The crash killed 20-year-old Noelna Pantelon and 19-year-old Harry Hurst, who passed away two months later from the injuries he sustained. Nyaquae Henderson survived but now needs around the clock care.
Rose faces two counts of manslaughter and assault and will be sentenced in August.
