Kiryas Joel has applied for four new water wells to meet growing demands.

The request calls for two wells in the village, one in Monroe and one in Woodbury.

Kiryas Joel’s multimillion-dollar pipeline project that taps into the New York City Catskill Aqueduct is set to resume in January.
