Former White Plains PBA officials are bring accused of stealing funds from the association.

White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach released a statement Wednesday evening on the allegations.

His statement said he asked that the matter be referred to the district attorney's office, and that an active investigation is underway.

Deputy White Plains Public Safety Commissioner James Bradley says, "The new PBA president came in and noticed discrepancies with funds. It was turned over to Clinton Law Group and then it was turned over to the DA's office. The DA's office is conducting an investigation."
