on River Road North in the Town of Wappinger.
Dutchess County Police say Ravyn Vargas, 40, left the roadway Saturday evening
where he struck a guiderail and a tree. He was ejected from the car.
Vargas was taken to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital where he later died.
