Police say the body of a woman who went missing on Friday has been pulled from the waters of the Hudson River.

Officials say the Piermont Fire Department dive team found the body of 48-year-old Jennifer Kavanaugh in the Hudson River on Sunday, near the end of the Piermont pier.

As News 12 has reported, Kavanaugh's husband had said she went missing after riding her bike to the end of the pier.

It is not clear why the woman was riding her bike.

Police say they do not suspect foul play, but the investigation is ongoing.
