Officials are advises residents to take precaution while traveling throughout the Hudson Valley today and strong winds and rain are expected all day.
Neither Rockland nor Westchester police have reported any flooding or downed trees this morning.

However, the storm is expected to continue throughout the day so officials are advising residents to be prepared.
Sandbags are being given out at the Yonkers Organic Yard on Nepperhan Avenue.
