A disabled Putnam County man in is lucky to be alive thanks to the quick action of the state police.
Officers pulled a man from a pond in Southeast after they found him face down in the water.
The man had been missing from a Cerebral Palsy Association center.
The man is safe this morning and expected to be OK.
