More than 200 Westchester police officers participated in the 30th annual Torch Run in support of the Special Olympics Thursday.
The officers handed off flaming torches to one another along the 40-mile relay, which started on Riverdale Avenue in Yonkers and ended in Peekskill.
The charity run aims to raise awareness and money for the Special Olympics.
So far, the officers have raised close to $12,000.
