A Nyack man has been arrested and charged with forgery-related crimes after allegedly creating a counterfeit Rockland County Home Improvement License to qualify his business for a loan.
Christian Kolarz, 48, faces felony charges of forgery in the second degree and possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
The charges result from a coordinated investigation by the Rockland County Sheriff's Office and the Rockland County Department of Consumer Protection.
