Rain and ice from a nor'easter are causing numerous accidents and flooding across the Hudson Valley.
Flooding forced the closure of the Bronx River Parkway from Exit 21, Main street in White Plains, all the way down to the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers.
Cars had to be diverted onto Route 119.
The closure is expected to remain in place overnight.
