Authorities in Rockland say no charges will be brought in the death of toddler in an apartment complex parking lot last month.
The toddler, Dominic Mero, was hit and killed by a truck outside his family home at the Lottie Garden apartment complex last month in Spring Valley.
Detectives say the driver, a 33-year-old Pomona man, was backing up in his pick-up truck and didn't see the boy running out of his apartment and into the parking lot.
The police are not releasing the name of the driver at this time.
