News 12 got a behind-the-scenes look at a newly renovated boutique hotel in the heart of Orange County.
Limoncello at the Orange Inn in Goshen underwent a two-year, $6 million renovation in 2022. It has 31 rooms, including a penthouse suite
The hotel, restaurant and event space on Main Street is described as “chic” by manager Chris Shkreli, who says their downtown vibe sets them apart from other places to dine and stay.
“Everyone, when they come in for the first time, especially if they haven’t been here in years, or since the reno, they always make a comment,” says Shkreli. They’re blown away, taken back by it every time they come in.”
Limoncello at the Orange Inn was purchased by its current owner, Luigi Kapiti, in 2005 and closed for renovations for two years during the pandemic.
“We work hard here, and we believe in our product,” Shkreli says. “We are blessed with good people in the Town of Goshen, and we are thankful.”
